Part of the activities in the 115th Independence Day celebration was a bloddletting held at Multipurpose hall last June 19, 2013 with a theme " Give the Gift of Life:DONATE BLOOD". The said activity was sponsored by the LGU with the ccoperation of Rural Health Unit headed by Dr. Maris May A. Pillado, MD.
The Princial Health Office headed by Ma. Isabel Bertulfo-Makinano, MD and Andres M. Dolar, Jr.MD,MPMDPBR Med. Tech Center Chief took the lead in screening the donors. There were PNP, Phil. Army, LGU employees, Brgy.Officials and different associations and constituents.
For a half day activity, the bloodbank CARAGA gathered 45 bags of human blood from the donors.
