Participants of the said activity consisted of different barangay representatives in the town. First and foremost, the barangay captains are intended to be the father of their respective communities. As a leader, they must ensure the important necessities of their constituents. In terms of calamity disaster, they must provide needed care and ensure personal safety to alleviate suffering and prevent further injuries and danger. As one main purpose of the activity, those leaders must be more knowledgeable enough and active in every circumstance that may come. They serve as first aiders who gain access to the affected constituents. That is why this kind of activity was realized in preparation for any disaster that may affect the area.
